Guess who Tom Brady’s newest neighbor is?

According to Page Six, Gisele Bundchen purchased an $11.5 million Miami Beach palazzo across the waterway from Tom Brady’s mansion.

Her mansion is a five-bedroom, 6600-square foot home with an almost direct view of Tom Brady’s estate across the creek.

Per TMZ sources affiliated with the former power couple said Tom was aware Gisele was purchasing this house. The decision is speculated to be based on co-parenting. Living close makes it easier for the kids to go back and forth.

“You could literally swim from Gisele’s house to Tom’s house. It will be very easy for them to share the parenting while living so close to each other.”

The couple will share legal custody of their kids after their Oct. 28 divorce.

The supermodel’s new home is in Surfside, it sits close to directly across the small waterway called Indian Creek. Tom’s mansion (still under construction) has a view of Biscayne Bay. Both properties have boot docks.

The property listing for Gisele’s home states it features 25-foot ceilings, countless terraces and waterway views. It has five bedrooms and seven bathrooms. There is a large outdoor pool, home theater, office, gym, playroom and a kitchen with a patio opening.

Recently Page Six sources say Gisele has been staying at a rental property in Miami while she works on getting her new home ready. Most likely she will complete a major renovation like she has done with her other homes. She likes to stay true to her eco-friendly philosophy
