While the cause of MacIntosh’s death remains undisclosed at this time, tributes have poured in from colleagues and fans, reflecting on his contributions to the world of comedy. Ricky Gervais, the creator of The Office, shared a touching tribute on social media, describing MacIntosh as “very funny and very lovely” and an “absolute original.”
Beyond The Office, MacIntosh left his mark on several British comedy series, including Miranda and Little Britain. His most recent acting credit was in Britain’s 2017 romantic comedy, Finding Fatimah.
Colleagues and friends, including Miranda Hart, expressed their grief over MacIntosh’s passing.
