Kathryn Dennis of reality show ‘Southern Charm’ has found herself in legal trouble again. She was arrested in Berkeley, South Carolina around 10pm on May 20, according to a story in People magazine.
Per Goose Creek Police, first she was charged with a DUI for transporting open liquor. Next, one of the officers noticed she appeared to be impaired when he stopped her, a second officer noted in a report that her eyes were glossy and she smelled of alcohol.
Due to the arrest, a court date of June 4 has been set.

The deputy, who was performing traffic duties, sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was taken to a hospital for treatment. This is part of an ongoing investigation.
