Madonna is being sued again. Back in 2019, during her Madame X Tour, the pop star was sued by fans who attended the show. These fans were upset at how late she was showing up on stage. Now, she’s facing a new lawsuit regarding her Celebration Tour, but this time the lawsuit is about more than just tardiness.

On March 7, 2024, Justen Lipeles attended Madonna’s Celebration Tour at the Kia Forum in Los Angeles. Now, months later, he has filed a lawsuit against the singer claiming that the show included “pornography without warning, topless women on stage simulating sex acts” as well as a venue that was so hot it caused him to feel sick. He claims Madonna ordered the air conditioning to be turned off during her performance. Like the previous lawsuit, he also accused the singer of being extremely late on stage.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, the lawsuit filed against Madonna include accusations of “negligent misrepresentation, intentional infliction of emotional distress, false advertising and breach of written contract.”

Madonna has yet to comment on the lawsuit.

The Celebration Tour is scheduled to start at 8:30pm, but at some venues, she hasn’t arrived on stage until 10:30pm and reportedly claims she isn’t sorry at all for the delay. At a concert on December 17, 2023, Madonna reportedly told fans, “I am sorry I am late… no, I am not sorry, it’s who I am… I’m always late.”

Many people who watched the video above shared their thoughts about the lawsuit, many sharing that they think Lipeles doesn’t have a case against the singer and should’ve known what to expect considering Madonna’s reputation.

Do you think Lipeles has a case against Madonna? Do you think there should have been a warning about the type of content that the dancers would be performing on stage? Have you ever been to a concert when the performer was extremely late arriving on stage?
