I always had problems with my hands, especially the tips of my fingers being very dry. In the summer, it is worse, because of gardening. I wear gloves most of the time when I am working outside, but there are times when I can’t. The dirt dries my hands out so much! I have some generic petroleum jelly. Before I went to bed one night, I coated my hands with petroleum jelly, like I do with regular handcream. I noticed the next day, a big difference in how it helped with the dryness. I use it during the day, and I noticed after I wash my hands, they aren’t as dry as when I use regular handcream. You don’t have to use a lot to get results. I went 2 days without using it, and my hands were really dry again. Just use generic petroleum jelly.
