As you’re well aware, unfortunately, the COVID-19 pandemic has led to many, many deaths. And even more unfortunately, some of these deaths might have been able to be avoided if some skeptics took taking precautions a bit more seriously.

That’s at least one woman’s opinion—a woman who just lost her husband to the virus.

David Nagy was just one of the thousands who lost his life after testing positive for coronavirus, and his wife, Stacey, was not about to just let it go. Losing a loved one is hard enough, but losing a loved one due to other people’s selfishness is much worse.

She made sure to make her thoughts loud and clear in her husband’s obituary, which has been gaining attention due to its brutal honesty.

After a few lines about David, his diagnosis, and who he leaves behind, there are a few choice words written by Stacey. She made sure to explain that the people to blame for David’s death are “the many ignorant self-centered and selfish people who refused to follow the advice of the medical professionals, believe their ‘right’ not to wear a mask was more important than killing innocent people.”

“A statement issued by the family declared that Dave did everything he was supposed to do, but you did not,” the obituary continues. “Shame on all of you, and may Karma find you all!”

We can’t blame Stacey for being upset about losing her husband. She hopes that her authentic obituary will help others realize that the global health crisis is not at all a hoax and people need to be doing their part to protect others.
