Mom Has 20 Biological Babies In A Year

When a couple decides to have children and finds out they’re expecting a baby, the couple usually only has one baby at a time. Sometimes there are twins or triplets. Sometimes even more children, but this is rare.

One mom named Kristina Ozturk had her first child the typical way. She got pregnant and had a child who is now six. Years later, she married a man named Galip who also has 9 children from a previous relationship. One of his children lives with the couple.

With a total of 10 children between them, you might think Kristina and Galip would decide they were done having kids, but that was far from the case. Instead, the couple decided to have 21 more babies, and all of the babies were born within one year.

No, Kristina was not pregnant with multiple babies at one time. Instead, Galip, who is a millionaire, paid $195,000 to surrogates to make their dream of a big family come true.

Now, Kristina, who is 24, and Galip, who is 57, live in a home with a total of 23 children and 16 live-in nannies. They pay $96,000 a year to their nannies.

The nannies’ rooms are near the babies’ rooms, and while the nannies help out Kristina and Galip 24/7, they do get time off. The nannies work on a rotating basis. They work for 4 days with 2 days off. The nannies also have their own shared kitchen.

Even though Kristina has so many children and has the help of so many nannies, she claims that she is very hands-on with her children. She told Fabulous, “I’m with the kids all the time, doing all the things that moms normally do. The only difference is the amount of kids. Each day is different, from planning staff schedules to shopping for my family.”

Kristina documents what it’s like to have so many babies on Instagram and her blog, but she takes Sundays off from blogging. She explained, “On weekends, we eat together, spend time alone as much as possible, which is why Sunday is a day off on the blog so that we can be just a family without prying eyes.”

During the week, Galip works late, so the children eat before he gets home. That makes family time on the weekends even more important.
