In her post recent post, she shared that she and her hubby, former NFL player Eric Johnson, who she married in 2014, enjoyed a weekend getaway. Her followers are raving about her look, her weight, and her sunglasses.

In the first picture, Simpson is wearing an oversized animal print coat, large sunglasses with red frames and knee-high black boots. Scroll over a few pictures, and Simpson can’t seem to keep her hands off her husband. In the PDA pic, Simpson has her left leg up, Johnson holding it in place. The last picture in the series is a black and white pic of the couple smooching.
While Simpson looks happy and in love, she has previously explained to Dr Oz that life has been far from easy for her, and she has spent a good deal of time facing her “monsters.”
Simpson opened up about struggling with alcohol addiction. She explained, that it “scared” her when she started drinking in the morning, but she explained that one reason she turned to alcohol was to deal with the stress she felt from other people judging her. She said, “I drank to feel comfortable and it didn’t work.”
October 31, 2017, Simpson decided to make a change. She dressed up as Willie Nelson for a Halloween party at her house, but she was so out of it that she’s not even sure who helped her children get dressed in their costumes. That was her rock bottom.
Simpson also opened up about her marriage, both of them. She was married to singer Nick Lachey from 2002 – 2006. Then in 2014, she married Johnson, and they now have three children together. She questioned if “fame” may have been a factor in her relationship with Lachey ending, but she also feels that it was partly because she met him and got married so young.
