Goldie Hawn And Kurt Russell’s Home Was Burglarized Two Times

Goldie Hawn has revealed her home has been robbed, and there was a second attempt a few months later.

On the latest edition of SiriusXM’s Let’s Talk Off Camera with Kelly Ripa, Hawn (78) talked about how her and her longtime companion Kurt Russell (73) left to go for dinner for a few hours. When they returned home, their stuff was all over.

The actress says she “lost it” when she walked into her closet. She added,  “they had broken in from the balcony to our bedroom, our closets.”

“And they completely knocked down my door, which is a safe door, so they’re very, very sophisticated, and they got a lot of my goodies,” she continued.

After the break in, Hawn didn’t think this would happen again. Only four months later she was proven wrong when she was by herself in their house.

“I hear this big thump upstairs — and I was alone; Kurt wasn’t there — and I went, ‘What the hell was that?’

Goldie goes on “it was just like, was that a sonic boom? Did somebody jump somewhere? And as it turned out, the next day, we discovered that they were trying to get in my bedroom while I was in the house.”

Then, she revealed to Ripa how scary it is to have your house, and possessions violated. Now, Hawn keeps a guard with her, especially if she is alone.

“I’m never without a guard,” she said.

Goldie Hawn and Kurt Russell are one of Hollywood’s most enduring couples. They are known for their strong, long-term relationship both on and off the screen.
