General Hospital star Adam J. Harrington is leaving his role on the popular soap opera. The 51-year-old actor played the character John ‘Jagger’ Cates. The character was initially played by Antonio Sabato Jr. in the 1990s. ‘Jagger’ made a return to General Hospital as an FBI agent in February.
In his final episode, which aired August 30, ‘Jagger’ was shot two times by mobster character Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard).
The actor took to X to say how much he would miss the ‘General Hospital’ producers, writers, cast, and crew.

Adam John Harrington, born on November 26, 1972, is a Canadian actor and producer. He gained recognition for his role as Roy Earle in the 2011 video game L.A. Noire. Harrington has also made appearances in popular TV series such as Supernatural, The Secret Circle, Queer as Folk, Dexter, and Bosch. Additionally, he is well-known for his portrayal of Sindri in the 2018 video game God of War and its 2022 sequel God of War Ragnarök.
