Famous Actor Thrown To Ground In Fourth Of July Parade Brawl

Eighty year old actor Danny Trejo was involved in a fight while attending a Fourth Of July parade in Los Angeles.

The ‘Machete’ actor punched a parade attendee who reportedly hurled a water balloon, as the star was cruising along in the parade in his retro convertible. This resulted in a brawl during yesterday’s Independence Day Parade.

Video shows the actor was stopped within the parade route when the water balloon was thrown directly at his windshield of his light blue convertible.

Trejo, elegantly dressed in white dress shirt and blank pants, jumped out of his car and punched the man he suspected of throwing the water balloon at his car. Bystanders near the actor’s automobile yelled “No Water!” to an out of view crowd. Next,Trejo goes out and challenges the spectators gathered on the sidewalk.

It appeared Trejo threw a punch in a fight with the spectators and then fell to the ground. Also, the actor threw a lawn chair when folks tried to break up the fight.

Per local news reports, the fight lasted about 10 minutes. Then, police arrived to calm down the situation. One witness reported that water balloons are popular at this annual parade; but, it is unusual for balloons to be thrown at expensive cars.

Danny Trejo is an American actor known for his distinctive appearance and his roles in numerous films and television series, often playing tough or villainous characters.

Trejo had a troubled youth, involving drug addiction and crime, which led to multiple incarcerations. His break into acting came when he was offered a role as a convict extra while visiting the set of the film “Runaway Train” (1985). He has since appeared in many films, including “Heat” (1995), “Desperado” (1995), “Con Air” (1997), and the “Spy Kids” series (2001-2011).

One of his most famous roles is the character Machete. He has also made numerous television appearances, including roles in shows like “Breaking Bad,” “Sons of Anarchy,” and “The Flash.”

Besides acting, Trejo is a successful entrepreneur, owning several popular food spots in Los Angeles, including Trejo’s Tacos, Trejo’s Cantina, and Trejo’s Coffee & Donuts.
