Virginia Giuffre, one of Jeffrey Epstein’s most well-known accusers, is facing legal troubles just days before a serious car crash left her hospitalized. The 41-year-old, who has accused Britain’s Prince Andrew of sexual abuse, was charged with allegedly breaching a family violence restraining order in Perth, Australia, where she currently resides.
Giuffre, who recently separated from her husband of over 20 years, Robert Giuffre, is scheduled to appear in court next Wednesday over the alleged restraining order breach, according to 7News. The exact details of the order remain unclear, and her representatives have not yet commented on the charges.
As she faces legal proceedings, Giuffre has also been dealing with the emotional toll of her separation. Her father, Sky Roberts, told DailyMail.com that she is struggling. “She’s in really bad shape,” he said. “She’s very depressed … there’s everything else she’s been going through with the divorce and not being able to see her kids.”
Just days before news of the court case broke, Giuffre shared a harrowing post on social media, claiming she had only four days to live. “I’ve gone into kidney renal failure, they’ve given me four days to live,” she wrote. “I’m ready to go, just not until I see my babies one last time.”

A spokesperson later clarified that Giuffre had intended to post the message privately on Facebook but mistakenly made it public on Instagram.
On March 24, Giuffre was involved in a car crash, which she said left her with severe injuries. She later posted a photo showing bruises and cuts, suggesting she was in critical condition. However, local police reported “no reported injuries” at the scene.
Giuffre’s representative disputed that claim, explaining that she sought medical attention only after her condition worsened in the days following the crash. “The police were called but said there was no one available to come to the scene. They asked if anyone was injured and suggested that if they were, they should make their way to the hospital,” her spokeswoman said.
“The school bus driver had a bus full of distraught children and left the scene to get them back, saying he would file a police report, which he did later.”
Despite initial reports downplaying the severity of the crash, Giuffre’s spokesperson maintained that she “remains in serious condition while receiving medical care.”
As Giuffre recovers from the crash, she still faces mounting legal issues and personal struggles. With her court date approaching and her health uncertain, she continues to navigate a turbulent chapter in her life.
Her representatives have not yet issued an official response to the charges, and it remains unclear how they may impact her future.
