Daughter Of Mama June Dies At 29

Mama June, the reality TV personality known for her candid and often tumultuous journey on screen, recently took to social media to share an update about her daughter Anna “Chickadee” Cardwell’s battle with cancer. In a video posted on Instagram, Mama June delivered an emotional message, revealing the challenging circumstances her family is currently facing.

Over the past few weeks, Mama June explained that their world has undergone significant changes. Despite the challenging situation, she emphasized that Anna was still very much a part of their lives. Mama June requested the support and prayers of their fans during this difficult time. She acknowledged the power of collective prayer and asked for strength as they navigated through what she called a transitional period. The reality star expressed the importance of making lasting memories with Anna.

Sadly and tragically, Mama June shared on Instagram that her daughter, Anna, passed away at Mama June’s home peacefully after “one hell of a fight” against cancer. Anna was just 29 years old.

Just days before, with honesty and candor, Mama June said that when the inevitable time came, she would share the news with their fans through social media. She emphasized that this choice aligns with Anna’s preferences, stating that her daughter wouldn’t want it “any f***ing other way.”

Anna, also known as Chickadee, was diagnosed with stage 4 adrenal carcinoma in January. Adrenal carcinoma is a rare form of cancer that originates in the kidneys and often presents with symptoms such as stomach pain. Two months after the diagnosis, Anna reportedly underwent her first round of chemotherapy. In May, she provided her last health update on Instagram, sharing that she had a “pretty good day” following her third round of chemotherapy.

Mama June shared what the arrangements for Anna will be:
