Actor Jason Sudeikis and actress Olivia Wilde are in the midst of a child support and child custody dispute. Even though they were spotted hugging just a few months ago, the exes are not getting back together.

Sudikis and Wilde have two children together, a son named Otis, who is 8 years old, and a daughter named Daisy who is 6 years old. The former couple was previously engaged but ended up calling off the engagement in 2022.

Now, the war for child support. In court documents, Wilde claims that Sudeikis has paid nothing in child support. She claims that he makes quite a bit more income than she does; although, she doesn’t know exactly how much. However, she also claims that when the children are with her, she pays 100% of the costs of taking care of them. In addition, she claims that it costs her $107,000 each month to pay for expenses related to childcare, $60,000 of which goes towards her mortgage.

In addition to asking the court to make Sudeikis pay child support, Wilde is also asking for $500,000 towards her attorney fees and $100,000 for forensic accountants to figure out how much Sudeikis owes her in child support based on his income. In California, child support is based on how much each parent earns each month.

Wilde doesn’t believe Sudeikis would even attempt to claim that he makes less than she does. The documents explain, “it is undisputed that he earns significantly more than Olivia and has greater access to funds. Jason shares equal responsibility with Olivia for the support of their children, yet Olivia has borne the lion’s share of the expenses for their children since the pendency of this action.”

She wants the child support payment to be retroactive to the date the case was filed.

While Wilde is anything but poor, she claims she makes about $100,000 a month while her expenses are $107,000. In addition, she has over $600,000 in the bank and assets worth over $10 million.

Child support will be decided in court if the couple is not able to work things out privately.
