Try mixing up this moisturizer on your own with a few simple ingredients. Soften 1 cup of cocnut oil and add 2 tsp of cocoa powder and 1 tsp of cornstarch. In a separate container, dissolve plain gelatin in some cold water. Combine these mixtures with an electric mixer on high until the substance is creamy. Leave the mixture in the refrigerator for five minutes before using. Store this mixture in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.

Acne Treatment

Honey is great for the skin and can work wonders on breakouts. The next time you notice acne on your skin, mix together 1/4 cup of honey, 1/2 cup of lukewarm water and 2 tbsp of mild dish soap. Store this mixture in a dry area and use for up to 2 weeks as a facial cleanser. Rinse with warm water after use.

Compact Bronzer

Try this DIY bronzer when you want a sun-kissed glow. Use a paintbrush to mix up some cinnamon and powdered sugar in an empty makeup case. When you’ve achieved your desired shade, add an essential oil to bond the makeup and give it a nice aroma.
