12 Tips for Managing Anxiety

We’ve found that exercise and eating well help us feel better about ourselves, and this in turn helps to reduce some anxiety. We’ve also found that putting together easy-to-accomplish “to do” lists and then knocking them off helps reduce anxiety, as there’s less hanging over our head — not to mention the sense of accomplishment we feel when we’re finished!

A recent article on Divine Caroline’s website points out how powerful anxiety can be and provides 12 techniques you can try to use to help manage it:

If your mind were a diesel engine, anxiety would be the leaded gas that was accidentally poured in and responsible for all the burps and stutters.
