12 Tips for Managing Anxiety

We’ve found that exercise and eating well help us feel better about ourselves, and this in turn helps to reduce some anxiety. We’ve also found that putting together easy-to-accomplish “to do” lists and then knocking them off helps reduce anxiety, as there’s less hanging over our head — not to mention the sense of accomplishment we feel when we’re finished!
