Vanna White Reveals Her ‘Wheel of Fortune’ Replacement Pick When She Leaves The Show
There’s a major shakeup happening at the popular game show “Wheel of Fortune.” This season is the final season that Pat Sajak will host the show. He has decided to retire.
Even though there’s almost a full year before a new host will take over for Pat, that host has already been named. Ryan Seacrest will take over the hosting duties beginning next season.
With Pat stepping down, it’s logical to wonder how much longer Vanna White will stay with the show. Her contract was up for renewal this year, leaving some to speculate that she might retire as well. Vanna has instead renewed her contract for two more seasons, but that doesn’t mean she’ll never retire.
Vanna is actually already thinking ahead to her inevitable future retirement, and she already believes she knows who should replace her. Her vote is that Pat’s daughter, Maggie Sajak, should take over for her.
Maggie is already working for the show as their social media correspondent, and she even filled in for Vanna once when Vanna participated as a contestant on “Celebrity Wheel of Fortune.”
Vanna says that Maggie is the perfect fit for the job because “She’s been around it her whole life.” Vanna told E! News, “I think she’s a good replacement if I can’t be there for some reason.”

Vanna continued to praise Maggie, saying, “She’s precious, she’s beautiful, she’s very good. I think she learned a lot from her father because he’s such a good interviewer.”
Do you think Maggie Sajak would be a good replacement for Vanna White on “Wheel of Fortune”? Does it surprise you that Vanna renewed her contract? Do you think she will decide to retire when her contract is up, or do you think she’ll renew it again?
