If you’re unfamiliar with the show, “Sister Wives” is about a polygamous family where Kody Brown is married to multiple wives at the same time. Kody and his wives all live in one house together where they raise their family. There are multiple children from the marriages.

Now, Kody’s marriages are crumbling. He was married to four women, Meri, Janelle, Christine, and Robyn. Now, Robyn is the only one left who is having an intimate relationship with Kody.

In November 2021, Kody and Christine announced that they were separating. Christine ended up moving to Arizona, but more recently, she moved back to Utah to be closer to her children.

Now, in the season 18 trailer for the show, we find out that two other sister wives also want to leave Kody. During the trailer, Janelle tells Christine, “I don’t want to be married anymore.”

Also in the trailer, Meri tells Kody and Robyn that she’s “not gonna be around anymore. It’s not what I want.” 

While you might think that Kody’s wives leaving him is heartbreaking for him, he’s not the only one visibly upset. Robyn also seems devastated at the news. Very emotionally, she explains, “I wanted to sit on a porch with my sister wives with our kids and our grandkids.” 

Speaking of kids, some of the kids seems 100% okay with the marriages falling apart. During a clip in the trailer, Janelle’s son Garrison Brown exclaimed, “We’re all grown adults that don’t need a father figure anymore.”

Kody definitely doesn’t seem happy about the situation he’s found himself in. Towards the end of the trailer, he describes himself as “the devil.”
