“Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Kim Richards’ family is worried about her and her sobriety. TMZ reports that the recent drama unfolded at Kim’s sister’s house.

In the past, Kim was living at her sister Kyle Richards’ house in Los Angeles, but that wasn’t the case recently. Kim had moved out, and Kyle had actually cut off contact with her sister as a form of tough love to hope she would get her life together.

Earlier in September, Kim was placed on a psychiatric hold, and then this past Wednesday, September 25, 2024, Kim showed up at Kyle’s house. Kyle reportedly told the police that she doesn’t want Kim at her house; however, the police told Kyle that they weren’t able to do anything since it was a civil matter. They suggested that Kyle file an eviction notice.

The Los Angeles Police Department told PEOPLE, “Both parties were informed of eviction process and officers kept the peace.”

Now back to that psychiatric hold. What happened was Kim and Kyle were both at a Hilton hotel in Los Angeles when Kyle called the police. When they arrived, Kim was incoherent. Police asked Kim to leave the hotel, but when she refused, they placed her on a 5150 psychiatric hold. She was removed from the hotel via an ambulance. 

It turns out that Kim’s family is very concerned about her sobriety. On Wednesday, Kyle told the police that they are also worried about her survival.

The drama between Kim and Kyle has been going on for quite awhile. On the season 1 finale of “RHOBH,” the sisters were arguing about Kim’s sobriety. This isn’t a new issue, but it also doesn’t seem to be improving.

As of now, Kim is still living at Kyle’s house.
