It has been several years since Prince Harry and his wife Meghan Markle stepped down as senior members of the royal family and moved to California. Since then, Harry has returned home several times to see his family and attend events. While his relationship with his family may be strained, it seems that it is important to him to stay connected.

Recently, Harry has missed multiple events that are quite important for the royal family, such as the King’s birthday celebration which is called Trooping the Colour. Does he wish he were part of these milestone events? Maybe.

According to Kinsey Schofield, who is the host of the podcast “To Di For Daily,” Harry would like to visit the U.K. more often than he has been. Schofield told FOX News Digital that the prince has even been looking at properties in the U.K. so that he would have a place to stay when he’s in town.

Schofield explained, “I hear that Harry is both content with his new lifestyle and homesick.” Schofield added, “It just depends on the day. I’m sure Harry could get homesick, and we know that he is prone to wearing his heart on his sleeve.” 

Schofield is not the first person to claim that Harry is thinking about buying a home in the U.K. It was actually Grant Harrold, the former butler for King Charles, who broke the news when he spoke to the New York Post. Harrold claims, “It’s something that he’s wanted and been thinking about.”

If Harry does end up buying a home in the U.K., that doesn’t mean that he would sell his home in California. Instead, he would spend time at both. The big question is would Meghan travel with Harry when he visits the U.K.? Harrold thinks she would, but Schofield thinks she wouldn’t.

Schofield explained, “Meghan has likely permitted him to try to establish an additional residence in the UK if that will make him happy, but I doubt she has any desire to participate in the process or visit.” Schofield added, “She feels rejected by the UK and that does not sit well with her. I don’t even think she has any desire to win them over again.”
