Man Says His Next-Level Meal Prepping Skills Are the Key to Weight Loss

When someone decides to lose weight, usually something has to change about their daily life, and this usually involves changing their eating habits and/or starting an exercise routine. What works for one person may not work for everyone, but the key is to find something that can work long-term, not just a crash diet that helps you drop the pounds but means you immediately gain the weight back when you start eating normally gain.

When John Clark decided to lose weight, he came up with his own way of doing things. Instead of depriving himself of any of his favorite foods, he started counting calories. He would prepare his food ahead of time in serving sizes that would meet his calorie goals. His system worked, and since then, he has only added more recipes and even gotten his girlfriend on board with meal prepping.

When we think of meal prepping, we think of a bunch of food containers in the refrigerator containing things like salads or other healthy and perhaps boring foods. Clark’s meal prepping is anything but boring. He preps everything from hamburgers and skewers to pasta and breakfast sandwiches. The food really looks delicious.

Watch the video below to learn why Clark first started meal prepping and how he and his girlfriend have turned meal prepping into a diet they can stick to long-term.
