The Monday after the spring-ahead time change is always rough, and a lot of us plan to make the day a little easier by indulging in a frozen pizza or entrée. After all, when you’re still dragging and missing that extra hour of sleep, what could be easier than just popping something in the microwave or toaster oven? As long as we’re not doing it all the time, no harm no foul, right? Well, if that frozen product is from the Nestle family of brands, there could actually be some harm— of the broken glass variety.

It’s so scary it sounds fake, but as USA Today reports and Nestle confirms in a statement, several brands and products are now under voluntary recall due to “the possible presence of foreign material” – specifically broken glass – in those products. Nestle believes the link may be spinach, a common ingredient among the affected foods.

So which ones do you need to avoid? These:
