Tell us: What’s your drink of choice during your quarantine at home? For us, we always have a hard time choosing between a glass of wine or a classic margarita. On the one hand, wine helps relax us, but there’s nothing quite like the refreshing combo of tequila, salt, and lime, is there?

Well, now, thanks to stores like Aldi, World Market and H-E-B, we don’t have to choose. These are just a few of the stores that have begun to sell Rancho La Gloria Wine Cocktails, which are bottled wine drinks made with agave wine—the same plant that tequila is made from.

Rancho La Gloria Wine Cocktails is made with 100 percent blue weber agave and real lime juice. And that means this wine is the first wine that boasts a similar taste as a margarita.

Why no one has tried to merge the two before, we’re not sure, we’re just glad it’s coming to fruition at a time it’s needed most. “A subtle twist on this classic cocktail,” Rancho La Gloria describes the margarita wine. “The smooth agave wine sets a perfect base for aromas of lime and lemon-curd meringue with a smooth sorbet finish of candied-orange peel.”

At just $12.99 a bottle with a 13.9 percent ABV, you’re definitely going to want to pick up a case—or two. People allegedly have been able to find the bottle at half price too, but we’re sorry to say we’re unsure of the locations for those.

The wine cocktails come in various flavors, including strawberry and mango, plus your standard classic flavor if you aren’t into fruity beverages.

In fact, the “margarita wine,” as it’s been coined, already has a pretty loyal fan base on Instagram. Just search the hashtag #margaritawine and you’ll see a host of photos and comments loving on it.

If you’re not into the idea of combining wine with margaritas but still want some type of creative drink, Aldi has you covered. Head to the store for some fun boozy concoctions, like mango-flavored Moscato, watermelon and pineapple wine, raspberry Bellinis, pineapple mimosas, and various flavors of Irish cream, like mint chocolate, caramel and pumpkin spice.

What do you think of the idea of a wine-margarita combo? What has been your drink of choice during your time spent at home?
