Kevin Costner has sparked rumors of a budding romance with former Today show anchor Hoda Kotb after the two posed together at Super Bowl 2025. The 70-year-old Yellowstone star enjoyed a star-studded night, first catching attention as he watched the Philadelphia Eagles defeat the Kansas City Chiefs alongside comedian Pete Davidson.
However, it was Hoda, 60, who set the internet abuzz when she shared a photo of herself standing beside Costner inside the Caesars Superdome in New Orleans, fueling speculation about their relationship.
Sharing the photo as part of a carousel of snapshots from the big game, Hoda captioned it: “Oh what funnnnn!!! #superbowl #nolastrong.”

It didn’t take long for social media to erupt with speculation about a possible romance between her and Kevin.
Adding fuel to the fire, Hoda’s former Today show co-anchor Savannah Guthrie, 53, playfully stirred the pot by commenting, “New couple alert.” Meanwhile, former co-host Jenna Bush Hager, 43, chimed in with excitement, writing, “We have been waiting for this moment!”
Hoda’s Instagram fans were having a great time commenting on her Super Bowl post. One comment said “Hoda Costner has a nice ring to it” while another fan suggested “Kevin Kotb.” There was another commenter who said, “Omg you and Kevin.”
‘Hoda is believed to be single following her split from ex-fiancé Joel Schiffman. The former couple, who parted ways in 2019, share two adopted daughters—Hope, 5, and Haley, 8. Back in October, Hoda revealed she was open to dating again and even considering trying dating apps, though she admitted she prefers being set up by friends.
Meanwhile, Hollywood star Kevin Costner has also been single since finalizing his divorce from Christine Baumgartner, 50, last February. The two were married for 18 years and share three children—Cayden, 17, Hayes, 15, and Grace, 14.
Kevin is also father to Annie, 40, Lily, 38, and Joe, 37, from his previous marriage to Cindy Silva, as well as son Liam, 28, from his relationship with Bridget Rooney.
