When you think of marriage, you probably think of a union between two people. It’s probably also safe to say that in most marriages, if one spouse goes out on a date with someone else or suggests marrying someone else, that’s usually grounds for divorce or at least marriage counseling. Not so with the Davis family.

Nick Davis met his first wife, April, 15 years ago. They got married and lived happily ever after – kind of.

Nine years after their relationship began, April introduced Nick to Jennifer, who was only 19 at the time. April explained, “It just became evident to me that she was a great person, there was a lot of high intellect in that big brain of hers and I knew that Nick would find her attractive.”

It might seem odd to introduce your spouse to someone younger and someone you think they’ll find attractive, but April did just that. Nick and Jennifer did hit off so much that they ended up getting married; however, that was definitely not the end of April’s relationship with Nick. While Jennifer is his second wife, Nick is still also married to April.

On the show “Seeking Sister Wife,” April, Jennifer and Nick explained how their relationship works when it comes to sex (the other wife sleeps in a separate part of the house) and when it comes to finances. They referred to Nick as a “trophy husband” because he stays home while his wives go to work, and they are all completely happy with this situation.

As the title of the show suggests, “Seeking Sister Wife” was about Nick, April and Jennifer trying to find a third wife to add to their family. As April explained, “Nick’s a lot to handle. Let’s just say that… in a lot of ways. Nick is a lot to handle in the bed.” She added, “Nick’s a lot to handle in general with his personality. It’s nice to be able to have helping hands.”

Nick ended up marrying Danielle, making her his third wife. He is still also married to April and Jennifer. He has three wives and no job, and again, everyone in the Davis family is happy with this arrangement.

Danielle said, “I honestly didn’t ever think I could be this happy.”

Not only did the Davis family grow by one wife, but it also grew by one child. Jennifer gave birth to a baby named Vera.
