Josh Altman and Heather Altman are a well-known couple in the world of real estate and reality television. They both starred in Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles, a popular reality show that follows high-profile real estate agents as they handle luxury property transactions across Southern California.
Josh Altman, originally from Newton, Massachusetts, rose to fame as a top real estate agent in Los Angeles, co-founding The Altman Brothers team with his brother, Matt. Known for his assertive negotiation style and ambitious deals, Josh has become a significant figure in the luxury real estate market. He often represents celebrity clients and high-net-worth individuals.
Heather Altman, formerly Heather Bilyeu, is also a successful real estate agent. She joined Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles as a cast member and later met Josh on the show, which led to their romantic relationship.
The news was announced on October 31 that the couple wanted to leave the show after season 15. The couple were married in 2016 and have two kids together: Lexi, 7, and son Ace, 5.
The Instagram post includes a video of the couple which expands on the coupleβs decision to leave the show.
βHeather and I have decided to turn the page on Million Dollar Listing LA and move onto the next chapter of our life,β Josh said in the footage. βSince the most recent season, [season] 15, just finished airing and we are on hold for a moment here, we have decided as a couple as a family that we are going to move on from this incredible show that has been part of most of our grown-up lives [for] 15 crazy, amazing, fun-filled years.β
βWe really want to be present and itβs so difficult when youβre filming a TV show for a decade and a half, 10 months a year β every year,β he added. βAnd thatβs not even your real business. We just need that extra time to be present with our kids because theyβre the most important things to us.β
βI think after this past season, we felt it was the right time to step away and focus on our family and just slow down a little bit,β Heather said. βWhen we look back 15 years ago, I get emotional. I started when I was 22 and I turn 40 in 2025, in just a few months. I grew up on this show β as did you, but you were a little bit older.β
