Photographer Puts Pictures of Dogs and Their Owners Side By Side to Highlight the Similarities Between Them

Do you think it’s true that pets and their humans often look alike? We don’t know that this is always the case, but in a series of photographs, Gerrard Gethings has definitely made a case that there is often a clear resemblance. 

Sometimes the resemblance is in the hair or the eyes. Sometimes it’s just the overall way the two are sitting. Sometimes we can’t quite put our finger on why the humans and pets look alike; they just do.

Gethings in a British photographer, and he did a shoot where he posed humans and their dogs in similar positions to show just how much they look alike. See for yourself in the images below.
