Until today, we only knew pineapples as yellow, and we were okay with that. The golden color fruit is sweet and delicious, but the thing we love about it the most is that there are so many different ways to eat it. Obviously it’s amazing sliced or chopped all by itself, but you can also turn it into a pina colada, bake a pineapple upside down cake, or make it the star of your next charcuterie board.
