Country music singer, Mark Chesnutt, is hospitalized, and in recovery. He has been rushed to emergency quadruple bypass surgery.
Over the weekend his team shared a post to Instagram, saying that the country star experienced a heart issue. This led to an emergency quadruple bypass surgery. As a result, he will need time to recover and will have to cancel some of his upcoming concerts.
The country star was scheduled to perform in Lake Charles, Louisiana on June 21 and then head to Texas. His schedule was to do a U.S. tour through the summer. Now, these dates are going to have to be rescheduled.
Previously, Chessnutt revealed he was suffering from health issues on Instagram in November of 2023. He had been hospitalized in November and undergone medical testing.
