If you’re like many people, it’s hard to imagine starting the day without a morning cup of coffee. Let’s be honest, as parents, we often need multiple cups throughout the day to keep us going. That’s probably why coffee delivery is now a thing.

While many people can agree that coffee has an amazing ability to wake us up and give us the energy we need to keep going, what’s much harder to agree on is the right way to drink a cup of coffee.

Sure, we could be talking about a debate between whether Starbucks or Dunkin Donuts has the better coffee. We could be talking about whether a latte is better than a cappuccino. We could be talking about iced coffee versus hot coffee. We could be talking about whether or not to add sweetener. We’re not talking about any of those things.

What we are talking about is a simple cup of regular hot coffee. The debate is about what color your coffee should be. Obviously, a plain cup of coffee is black unless you add something to it. While we know people who drink their coffee black, we prefer ours with a little cream.

The range of cream to coffee ratio is vast as shown by an Instagram post by Delish. The post is simple enough. It simply shows just about every imaginable range of color coffee can be and asks, “Which ☕️ are you??”

Which ☕️ are you?? (Anyone who is A1… WE NEED TO TALK.) #Delish #DamnThatsDelish

Black coffee is in one corner, F6, and what looks like a cup of milk is in the opposite corner, A1. There are multiple people who have commented that they’re F6 and others chose options in the middle, like E1 or D4.

What’s surprising is that some people have actually commented that they take their coffee A1 style. Even Delish seems surprised by this because they wrote, “Anyone who is A1… WE NEED TO TALK.”

Perhaps the people who chose A1 don’t like coffee? We can’t really think of any other explanation for choosing this option. It really does look like it’s just a cup of milk or cream without any coffee in it at all.

How do you take your coffee? Are you F6, A1 or somewhere in between? Do you agree that A1 just looks like a cup of milk without any coffee in it at all? Does it surprise you that some people actually take their coffee A1?
