Deborah Finck, beloved TikTok creator and star of Nanny 911, has passed away at the age of 57 after a courageous five-year battle with leiomyosarcoma, a rare form of soft tissue cancer.
Her daughter, Katerina, shared the heartbreaking news on Tuesday, January 14, through heartfelt posts on TikTok and Instagram, where the two had amassed over 680,000 followers combined. Katerina, one of Finck’s six children born in three sets of twins, has been documenting her mother’s cancer journey online since 2020.
To honor her mother’s memory, Katerina shared a touching collection of photos spanning their lives together, offering a glimpse into their deep bond and the strength they found in each other.

Before her passing, the reality star regularly shared updates on her social media accounts, where she had a combined following of over 800,000 on TikTok and Instagram. In her final video, posted on Monday, January 13, Finck responded to a heartfelt comment from a fan who shared how her story had helped him navigate severe depression, anxiety, PTSD, and suicidal thoughts
In her recent videos, she openly discussed her declining health, sharing her experiences with honesty and resilience. This led up to her last videos where she says goodbye to her children and her husband, Paul. On January 15, her husband Paul posted a tribute to his late wife.
