– 1/4 cup + 1 tablespoon butter
– 7 tablespoons sugar
– 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

– 3 eggs
– 3 tablespoons sour cream
– Grated peel of 1 lemon
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 2 teaspoons baking powder
– 11 tablespoons flour
