Actor Johnny Depp recently lost a court battle in which his ex-wife accused him of being a wife beater. Depp denies the accusations and says he will fight to prove that they are false. 

Shortly after the judge sided in favor with Depp’s ex-wife, Amber Heard, Warner Bros. asked Depp to resign from his role in the “Fantastic Beasts” franchise. In a letter, Depp agreed to resign from his role of Grindelwald which he has played since 2016.
