The coronavirus pandemic has meant that a lot of us have spent a lot more time than usual with our families. Not that we didn’t already spend time together, but with lockdowns and business closures, not only was home the safest place to be, it was about the only place to be.

Some states and cities have greatly eased restrictions, but perhaps it was too late to save some relationships. You see, while some people enjoyed true family bonding, other couples decided to call it quits.

1. Kelly Clarkson and Brandon Blackstock

   The couple tried quarantining in Montana, but all that time together just made them realize that they don’t belong together.

2. Ryan Seacrest and Shayna Taylor

   Seacrest and his model girlfriend are officially no longer a couple. A rep for Seacrest told Us Weekly, “They remain good friends.”

3. Julianne Hough and Brooks Laich

   The couple spent their quarantine in different states. After almost three years of marriage, they officially announced that their relationship was over in a statement on May 29th. Now, some people are guessing who Hough will date next. Watch the video above for more details about the split.

4. Dr. Dre and Nicole Young

   The couple was married for 23 years, but they couldn’t survive quarantine either.

5. Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green

   After almost 10 years of marriage, the couple has decided to call it quits. Green announced the decision on May 18th.

6. Olivier Sarkozy and Mary-Kate Olsen

   Olsen filed for divorce on April 17 after 5 years of marriage. COVID-19 has slowed down the process, and she filed an emergency divorce petition on May 14th.

7. Matthew Perry and Molly Hurwitz

   The couple was only dating for four months before they decided to end their relationship.

8. Jay Cutler and Kristin Cavallari

11. Jaime King and Kyle Newman

    King filed for divorce on May 18th. She also requested a restraining order, which was granted, and an emergency child custody motion which was not granted.

    The Riverdale costars were quarantining in different locations, and their rekindled romance couldn’t survive the separation.

    After 4 years of marriage, Gates, a costume designer, filed for divorce from Middleditch, the star of Silicon Valley. Middleditch said the couple had an open marriage
